The room itself was reasonably large and the hotel was immaculately clean. Great location close to downtown made it easy to get to key attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Was an excellent base for weekend. The hotel was located close enough to the French Quarter as well as Chalmette. The location of this nicely appointed venue was amazing, close to downtown. Visited a few interesting places, including Chalmette Battlefield, located just a short walk away from the venue.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a laptop-compatible safe, multi-channel TV and a microwave. As for me, wake-up service available, and lovely views were advantages.

One of the advantages - reasonably large rooms; they included a drier, a shower cap and towels. Location: the hotel was just next door to New Orleans, and city centre. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Nothing to complain about, we can't recommend it highly enough staying here. The hotel is immaculately clean and the room is reasonably large. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

It became my favorite place to stay in Chalmette. The location was favourable, not too far away from Eastgate Shopping Center.

The key card issue was resolved quickly by the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I had a pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn Express.

We had a double room with bathtub, the handicap shower, a hot breakfast.

Nicely appointed and nice place with a lovely view. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Spotless private bathroom. Great way to end our weekend👍😃

The room was clean and well-kept. Despite some noise from neighboring rooms, I was able to sleep comfortably. The location was convenient for my visit to New Orleans. I would recommend this hotel.
